Content Policy

WhisperLayer is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Every account holder, performer, and person depicted in any media must be 18+ and able to prove it on request.

You may only upload media of yourself, or of other adults who have given explicit, documented consent for that specific upload and audience. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and we will remove the content on receipt of a verified request.

The following content is permanently banned and leads to immediate removal, account termination, and where required, reporting to authorities:

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors (CSAM).
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), hidden-camera material, leaked private content.
• Sexual violence, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or simulations thereof.
• Human trafficking, prostitution arrangements, escort solicitation.
• Content depicting non-consensual acts, coercion, or impaired participants.
• Doxxing, threats, harassment, hate speech targeting protected groups.
• Promotion of self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
• Illegal drugs, weapons trade, fraud, malware, or other criminal activity.
• Impersonation of real people without their consent.
• Deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit written permission.

Adult content is allowed only in clearly marked private or paid rooms and only between consenting adults. It must never appear on public landing pages, public previews, or marketing.

Only upload media you own or are licensed to share. Repeat infringers will be removed under our DMCA process; contact dmca@whisperlayer.app.

Sales must comply with all local laws. Banned items include weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods, counterfeit items, and any item involving non-consensual content.

Every room, post, and message has a Report button. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and act faster on safety-critical reports (CSAM, NCII, imminent harm).

Violations may result in content removal, room shutdown, loss of monetization, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Severe violations result in immediate ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
