WhisperLayer allows users (Whisperers) to earn a 5% commission when they bring new users to the platform via their referral link. If you click such a link and make a purchase, the Whisperer may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We believe in transparency — you should know that affiliate links exist.
WhisperLayer is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We use age verification systems (including credit card checks and optional ID verification). We do not store your ID documents — they are processed by a third-party verification service.
If you use cryptocurrency payment options or purchase NFT keys, all transactions are irreversible. WhisperLayer is not responsible for loss of funds due to incorrect addresses, loss of private keys, or blockchain failures. Any NFTs issued are primarily for content access, not as investment products.
Certain parts of the platform (content recommendations, auto-tagging, AI chat avatar) use artificial intelligence algorithms. The AI avatar is NOT a real person — it is a simulation that mimics a creator based on predefined responses. Do not share sensitive personal information with the AI avatar.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work (image, video, text) has been posted on WhisperLayer without authorization, send a copyright infringement notice to dmca@whisperlayer.com. See our Copyright Policy for more details.
Card payments are processed by Stripe (for non-crypto options). WhisperLayer does not store your full card number — only the last 4 digits and a token. One-time codes (physical) are processed internally — we do not share your data with third parties except when required by law.
We collect the following data: email address, IP address, visit timestamps, unlock history, token usage, and referral activity. We use this data to operate the platform, prevent fraud, and improve analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
