Terms & Conditions — WhisperLayer

WhisperLayer is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register, browse, purchase or publish. By registering you confirm under penalty of perjury that you are 18+.

Fan — purchases ShapatCoins and unlocks content from Creators.

Creator — publishes audio, video, image and text content; sets prices; receives payouts.

Shaptach (Whisperer) — affiliate / referrer who invites Fans and Creators and earns commission in Coins.

The following is strictly forbidden and results in immediate termination:

• Any content depicting minors (under 18) — reported to authorities.
• Real violence, gore, threats or non-consensual material.
• Spam, malware, phishing or scams.
• Leaks of other Creators' content or any third-party copyrighted material.
• Hate speech or content inciting harm against protected groups.

• ShapatCoin is an internal in-platform balance. It is NOT a cryptocurrency.
• Exchange rate: 1 USD = 10 Coins.
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Platform commission is 20% on all paid unlocks.
• Coins have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be transferred off-Platform.

If a Creator launches a goal-based campaign and the goal is not reached within 30 days, all Fan contributions to that campaign are refunded as ShapatCoins to the Fan's wallet. Cash refunds are not provided for Truth Timer campaigns.

Micro-groups are limited to a maximum of 10 members. Where a micro-group is connected to Discord, members must additionally comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. WhisperLayer is not responsible for actions taken on Discord.

Whisperers earn 5% commission on the spend of users they refer, paid in ShapatCoins. Self-referrals, fraudulent traffic and incentivised sign-ups are forbidden and void all pending commissions.

Single-use codes (gift codes, promo codes) are valid for 12 months from issue. They are non-refundable, non-transferable after redemption and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Every image and video served on WhisperLayer is embedded with an invisible identifier unique to the viewing user (e.g. WL-USER-XXXX). Re-uploading, leaking or redistributing content outside the Platform is a material breach of these Terms and may result in damages of up to USD 10,000 per leaked item, plus legal costs, in addition to account termination.

• Minimum payout threshold: 50 USD.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after request.
• Platform commission: 20% (deducted before payout).
• Creators are responsible for their own taxes and reporting in their jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any remaining ShapatCoin balance and pending affiliate commissions are forfeited. Creators in good standing may request a final payout above the 50 USD threshold.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for content leaks committed by third parties or other users; our remedies against such actors are described in Section 9.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount that user has paid to WhisperLayer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
